Giovanna is a member of the Athens Bar and is qualified to practice before the Supreme Court of Greece. She has extensive experience and specializes in corporate and commercial law, mergers & acquisitions, shipping law, real estate, securities, employment law, as well as white collar crime. She also has a wide litigation experience. She obtained her law degree (LL.B) from the University of Athens, School of Law (Greece), and her master degree (LL.M) from the City University of London. She also holds a training certificate on GDPR from the University of Athens. She is a member of the Hellenic Commercial Lawyers Association. She speaks Greek, English, and French.
